Ron Casper oversees all the firm's international real-estate transactions, corporate and commercial law.

Ron has extensive experience representing private equity funds and individuals in acquisition of real estate in Israel, United States, England, Portugal, Spain and Greece. 

Ron handles all necessary legal aspects, including building the legal structures of private investors / private equity funds, preparing all the needed legal documents, opening trust accounts, forming legal entities etc.

Ron's expertise is reflected in his ability to "think out-side of the box" and bridge the regulatory legal and cultural knowledge gaps thus, ensuring a comprehensive and professional response to the issues that arise in the process accompanying such ventures
